Information Technology and Business Consulting services including Project Management, Audits, Business Operations Consulting, New Venture Analysis and Launch. Developed a highly successful string of retail store operations providing sweepstakes and other play-for-cash promotions. Opened stores in Sandusky, Vermilion, Elyria, Port Clinton, Milan, Lorain and Amherst Ohio. Voted Best of the Best Internet Cafes 5 consecutive years by the Lorain Journal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Worked on a five-year project with representatives of the Governor\u2019s office and business leaders to try to bring Native American casino gaming to Ohio. Established the basic regulatory framework for Indian gaming in Ohio by working with Federal agencies enforcing laws relating to Indian gaming, including the National Indian Gaming Commission, the Interior Department, the Justice Department as well as County and City authorities.<\/span>\n  <\/span>Was successful in identifying and contracting with a federally recognized tribe with roots in Ohio; identified and secured options for land; developed and wrote the extensive documents required under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) to qualify the tribe\u2019s legal position, put land in trust and document the compact between the US Bureau of Indian Affairs, the State of Ohio and the tribe.<\/span><\/p>\n
